Message of April 27 was read, stating the House passed and returned            
for consideration CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE                         
BILL NO. 71(FIN) am with the following amendment:

"An Act relating to emergency medical services; and                           
repealing obsolete references to the Statewide Health                          
Coordinating Council and health systems agencies."                             
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House
